From an identifiable University.
15 years to 20 years of experience.
A Project Management Certification is definitely a PLUS - we would consider a candidate without this only if we don't have candidates.
Advanced communication written, spoken.
Fully bilingual and bicultural.
Metal mechanics experience is a plus.
Teamwork (Humble, Hungry, People Smart) proven.
Main Functions / Responsibilities
Coordinate or execute complex projects based on specialized knowledge within an engineering discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.).
Design, propose, and/or implement new systems that require knowledge of various continuous improvement methodologies and techniques.
Assign and supervise personnel within the area,



scheduling workflow to ensure continuous operations and successful project completion.
Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams focused on:
Continuous improvement initiatives.
New product introduction (NPI).
Process transfers and implementation.
Meeting customer expectations and requirements.
Develop, modify, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the engineering function.
