Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant
Position Detail
Overview: We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our innovative team.
This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, and ensuring successful implementation across various business units.
Candidates with additional experience in Power Pages will find this role especially rewarding.
Key Skills For The Successful Candidates
Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization
Strong business process analysis skills
Proficiency in technical integration with Microsoft products including Power Platform and Azure
Project management experience
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry developments




Skilled in documentation and training end-users
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into system configurations within Dynamics 365 CRM
Lead CRM implementation projects from planning to deployment
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions meet business needs and objectives
Maintain and upgrade CRM systems as necessary
Skills Required
Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM systems
Knowledge of Power Pages and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and client management skills

Qualifications
