Recent graduates participate in four 6-month assignments spanning operations, supply chain and procurement, rotating through Supplier Planning, Production Scheduling, and more.You will gain hands-on experience in lean initiatives, KPI monitoring, and inventory control while learning the Johnson Controls Manufacturing System maturity model and collaborating with leaders across the company.
