The Job
We're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist Intern to join our team!
In this role, you will support purchasing operations by managing requisitions, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records for materials, equipment, and services.
This position is adecuado for someone organized, analytical, and interested in finance and procurement processes.
What you will be doing
Enter purchase requisitions and PO receipts into internal systems.
Process supplier invoices and organize data into spreadsheets.
Assist with basic cost calculations using supplier pricing tools.
Maintain and upload documents in shared repositories.
Create and submit invoice request forms using internal templates.
Support the team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
What you will bring




Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
High fluency in written English with clear and professional communication.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines, especially in a part‐time schedule.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
Advanced English proficiency.
Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.
