- Coordinate NPI activities to manage introduction of new product meting quality and productivity standards.
**Perfil**:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.




- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
- Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously Extrusion process.
