**Quality Control**: Ensure all operations comply with the company's established quality and safety standards.
**Resource Management**: Effectively manage available resources, including equipment, materials, and assigned budget.
**Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, identifying trends and proposing corrective actions when necessary.

Experiência y requisitos
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations supervision roles, preferably in medical industry.
**Technical Skills**: Advanced knowledge in operations management, quality control, and proficiency with related software tools.
**Soft Skills**: Leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure.
**Languages**: Fluent English
