We are seeking a Visual Designer (Production Design) to support global marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned visual assets across digital and print formats. This role requires strong production design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality assets within structured design systems and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual Asset Production : Design and produce digital and print content including ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and collateral.
- Brand Consistency : Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Production-Ready Deliverables : Deliver assets based on templates with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.
- Collaboration : Work closely with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables.





Must-have Skills

- 5–6 years of experience in visual or graphic design in production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- English level: B2 Advanced or C1 .
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
- Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles .
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-have

- AI Tooling Proficiency : Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective AI use in workflows.
- Experience with content management platforms (e.g., AEM).
- Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
- Experience in regulated industries (financial, pharma, legal).
- Understanding of marketing workflows and review cycles.
