What You'll Do
- Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
- Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
- Validate calculations, formulas, and formatting for accuracy
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies in source material
- Support recurring dataset creation, cleanup, and quality assurance tasks
- Ensure datasets meet consistency and quality standards for AI training use cases
Who You Are
- Background in accounting,
bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline
- Strong Excel proficiency — you're comfortable building and auditing structured spreadsheets
- High attention to detail with a methodical, accuracy-first approach
- Able to work independently and manage task-based assignments on your own schedule
- No prior AI or data science experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in audit, FP&A;, financial operations, or corporate accounting
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
- Exposure to data cleaning or structured data workflows
