We are seeking an experienced and highly proactive Agentic AI Engineer to join our Integration Pod and help develop the next generation of AI-powered integrations that support our growing product ecosystem. This role is adecuado for a hands-on engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with experience leveraging modern AI tooling, LLMs, agent-based architectures, and integration development. You will work closely with product, engineering, and integration stakeholders to design and build intelligent systems that automate data collection, orchestration, and processing across internal and third-party platforms.

The ideal candidate is someone who can independently identify risks, challenge assumptions, and proactively propose solutions before problems occur. Key Responsibilities AI-Powered Integration Development

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations based on technical specifications and business requirements provided by the Integration team.

- Build agent-driven workflows that interact with external systems, APIs, and data sources.

- Develop intelligent solutions for data retrieval, processing, enrichment, and orchestration using modern LLM technologies.

- Create scalable, reusable integration frameworks that can support future product initiatives.

Software Engineering

- Develop production-grade applications primarily using TypeScript.

- Collaborate with engineering leadership to maintain architectural consistency and avoid unnecessary technology sprawl.

- Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and integration layers that support business-critical workflows.

- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, observability, and documentation.

AI Infrastructure & Enablement

- Help design and implement foundational AI infrastructure and tooling.

- Contribute to capabilities such as:

- Prompt evaluation and testing

- LLM orchestration

- Tracing and observability

- Cost monitoring and optimization

- Data governance

- AI system reliability and performance monitoring

Technical Skills





- 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern backend development practices.

- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.

- Experience developing AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, or intelligent automation solutions.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.

- Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native applications.

Engineering Mindset

- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

- Ability to work independently with limited oversight.

- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, startup-like environments.

- Demonstrated ability to identify hidden risks and challenge assumptions during solution design.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with LangSmith or similar AI observability and evaluation platforms.

- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.

- Experience implementing tracing, monitoring, and cost-management solutions for AI workloads.

- Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices.

- Experience designing systems that interact with large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

- Prior experience building reusable platform services or middleware layers.

- Experience architecting future-facing AI integration ecosystems and agent orchestration frameworks.
