AI Video Producer & Content Operations Manager

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

About our partner: Join a fast-growing direct-to-consumer oral care brand founded by a famous practicing dentist who formulates every product herself. We sell dentist-formulated, fluoride-free dental care built around hydroxyapatite (tooth powders, toothpaste, mouthwash, remineralization supplements) through their own Shopify store and Amazon.

About the role: We are looking for an AI Video Producer & Content Operations Manager to join the team. We are not hiring more editing capacity. We are hiring the person who takes that router seat. You own the pipeline end to end: intake, edit, repurpose, deliver, archive, across every brand. By default, you know that a long-form YouTube upload spawns a set of short-form cuts and that a podcast episode spawns a tagged multi-brand clip batch, and you act on that without being asked.

If you’re passionate about holistic wellness and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

- Content pipeline ownership (the core of the role)
- Serve as the single point of contact for all raw footage from the videographer. You know where every asset lives, what it is, and what it becomes.
- Run the asset library across all brands: naming conventions, folder structure, versioning, archive. We have documented conventions and a master Google Drive content library already in place. You inherit them, maintain them and improve them.
- Route overflow work. When volume spikes, you brief freelancers or an agency directly, review what comes back, and file it. You do not escalate scheduling and hand-offs upward.
- Maintain the publishing calendar in coordination with the social scheduling system.
- Editing across every format
- Short-form: near-daily reels, Shorts and TikToks built to the company’s standards (hook in the first 2.5 seconds, burned-in branded hook box, caption preset, loudness normalized before delivery).
- Long-form: YouTube educational videos, edited at a senior level.
- Your work here frees the videographer to shoot only.
- Paid social: Facebook and Instagram video ads delivered in vertical and square, captions burned in, multiple intro variants per script.
- Podcast: clip batches tagged by brand and by intended use (organic or paid).

- AI video and image generation (the scarce skill we are screening hardest on)
- Produce product B-roll, faceless explainer segments, AI voice work, product stills, thumbnails, and long-to-short repurposing using a modern AI toolchain.
- Composite AI-generated elements with real footage so the result reads as a finished, on-brand deliverable rather than an obvious model output.
- Maintain product and brand consistency across generated assets: the product label must read correctly and identically across every clip in a batch.
- Operate and extend the company’s existing documented AI workflows.
- Repurposing intelligence
- Turn one long-form video into its full short-form clip set as a standing default.
- Turn one podcast episode into a tagged, multi-brand clip batch.
- Adapt and cross-post Living Well content into Total Care Dental and
- Total Care Kids with appropriate reframing for each audience.
- Tools we use: You do not need every one of these on day one, but you should be genuinely fluent in the categories and able to learn the specific tool fast.
- Editing: Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent, plus ffmpeg comfort for compression and loudness normalization
- AI video: Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance or comparable image-to-video platforms
- AI image: Nano Banana / Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image, Flux, Recraft or comparable
- AI audio: ElevenLabs or comparable
- Repurposing: Opus Clip or comparable
- Ops: Google Drive, Google Workspace, a kanban task board, a social scheduling platform

What You Need
- Must have:
- 5 or more years of professional video editing across both short-form social and long-form formats, with a portfolio of finished, published, on-brand work
- Demonstrated hands-on production use of AI video and image generation tools in client or brand work, not experimentation. You can name the models you use, explain why you picked each one, and show finished pieces where the AI elements are composited rather than dropped in raw.
- Proven ownership of a content operations system: you have personally designed or run naming conventions, folder architecture, and asset handoffs for a brand or agency at volume
- Experience producing content for more than one brand or client simultaneously, with distinct voices

- Strong traditional fundamentals underneath the AI: pacing, cutting on the beat, color, audio leveling, clean caption work
- Professional written and spoken English, comfortable working async with a US-based team
- Reliable high-speed internet and a machine capable of handling 4K editing and AI rendering workloads
- Strongly preferred:
- Experience in health, wellness, supplement, beauty or another regulated consumer category, with real familiarity working inside advertising claim restrictions
- Direct-to-consumer e-commerce background, especially paid social creative
- Experience briefing and reviewing freelance editors
- Familiarity with YouTube growth mechanics: thumbnails, titles, retention editing
- Non-negotiable guardrails
- We are a health brand founded by a licensed dentist. Compliance is part of the craft here, not an afterthought.
- No AI-generated or AI-altered depiction of our founder's face or voice
- No AI-generated testimonials, reviews or before-and-after results
- No health claims added in edit. Claims come from approved scripts only.
- Any anatomical or scientific visual requires clinical sign-off before it publishes
- You are expected to flag anything that looks like a compliance risk rather than ship it and ask later

What success looks like
- By day 30: You are onboarded to our brand voice, compliance framework, naming conventions, and master content library. You have shadowed a full production cycle and are independently producing daily short-form.
- By day 60: All raw footage flows to you rather than to the COO. You own daily short-form editing and the file system. You are briefing overflow freelancers directly. You have taken over YouTube long-form editing.
- By day 90: You own the repurposing rule set as a standing default and the AI generation pipeline for B-roll, thumbnails, and product stills. The COO's role has shifted from routing work to approving it.
- The headline metric: by day 90, roughly 80 percent fewer content pieces pass through the COO's hands. He approves. He does not shuffle.

Salary & Perks
- Competitive Salary
- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - MST.
- Additional perks.

Ready to apply? We'd love to hear your story. The next step is a short application where you can share more about your background and upload your resume in English. Take your time — we read every response carefully.
