Work Location & Schedule

- Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Latin America)
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Pay Rate: $7.00 – $8.00 / hour

About the Role As an Architectural Drafter, you will play a key role in creating and revising architectural drawings using Revit, preparing construction documents, and ensuring high drafting accuracy across multiple projects. This role offers long-term stability and excellent professional growth potential within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and revise architectural drawings using Revit.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documents and interpret plans and specifications.
- Collaborate and coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure project alignment.
- Update drawings promptly based on design changes and team feedback.




- Maintain organized, accurate project documentation while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

- Residency: Must currently reside in Latin America.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit for architectural drafting is required.
- Portfolio: Must provide an online portfolio or PDF portfolio demonstrating Revit drafting work.
- Language & Resume: Resume must be in English, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
- High level of attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
