Candidates whose experience comes from other industries or does not closely match the required responsibilities will not be considered. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the BYD Expert team at a national or regional level.

Design and execute training strategies for internal teams and dealer networks covering vehicle products, technologies, equipment, and competitive advantages.

Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions focused on product knowledge, EV technology, and electromobility.

Develop and standardize training materials, including technical manuals, product guides, presentations, videos, and e-learning content through the BYD Academy.

Evaluate training effectiveness through attendance, assessments, satisfaction surveys, and business performance metrics.

Monitor and manage team KPIs, including training completion rates, customer satisfaction, presentation quality, and dealer capability development.

Collect market intelligence and competitive insights to support Product Planning and Marketing strategies.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Fleet, Marketing, and Aftersales teams to strengthen commercial initiatives and product positioning.

Identify training opportunities and continuously improve learning programs based on dealer feedback and network performance.





Promote a culture of continuous learning and product excellence throughout the organization. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.

3–5 years of experience in automotive product training, technical training, or product education.

Previous experience leading or supervising training teams is highly preferred.

Experience designing and delivering technical or commercial training programs.

Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.

Professional English (written and spoken) is a must.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Canva, and AI tools for content creation.
