Cloud is seeking a bilingual Property Manager / Leasing Coordinator to manage leasing operations, maintenance coordination, and compliance across a growing residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Occupancy Management

Manage leasing activities for a portfolio of 15 properties and 100+ residential units.

Advertise available units across leading rental platforms.

Respond to prospective tenant inquiries within 2 hours during business hours.

Coordinate and schedule property showings.

Conduct applicant screening, including credit, background, and income verification.

Process approvals and facilitate lease execution.

Coordinate move-ins, onboarding documentation, and tenant communications.

Maintain a target of 21 days or less from listing to executed lease.

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate repair and maintenance requests with internal and external contractors.

Review repair scope, timelines, and project costs to ensure efficiency.

Respond to tenant maintenance requests within the same business day (maximum 24 hours).

Track repairs, updates, and vendor communications through property management systems.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers.

Compliance & Reporting

Maintain compliance with rent control regulations and housing requirements.

Coordinate housing voucher programs where applicable.

Ensure strict adherence to Fair Housing standards.

Track and report key performance metrics, including:

Occupancy rates





Leasing velocity

Maintenance response times

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in property management, residential leasing, or a high-volume leasing environment.

Proven track record of leasing residential units efficiently and consistently.

Experience with property management software or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Basic understanding of construction, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Experience managing leasing operations across 10+ properties simultaneously.

Background in renovation, unit turnover, or construction coordination.

Experience managing vendor relationships, timelines, and repair contracts.

Knowledge of housing voucher programs and affordable housing compliance.

Strong understanding of rent control requirements, housing regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines.
