Project Objective

Support OHR Planning and ETHOS Processes. Challenges for the Students

- Support integral HR and Ethics initiatives involving multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
- Manage and analyze large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Translate business needs into reports, presentations, and actionable insights.
- Gain understanding of how Talent Planning and Ethics support business strategy.

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out





- Consolidate and update organizational structures, participants lists and talent databases
- Assist in the development of presentations and materials for executive meetings
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate information
- Support with Ethos databases and communication campaigns.
- Support team with administrative tasks

Specific Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is a plus
