Requirements and Responsibilities

- We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager / Chief of Staff to support executive leadership and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily business operations.
- Coordinate strategic projects and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive reports.
- Improve internal processes and workflows.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-up on action items.
- Support business planning and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or executive support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management and productivity tools.
- Advanced English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
