Role: Customer Data Platform (CDP) Manager

Job Summary

Define, govern, and drive the organization's Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy by building a unified Customer 360 view and enabling segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel activation through strategic use of customer data.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the functional architecture and operating model of the Customer Data Platform.
- Develop the CDP strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize business use cases enabled through Customer 360/Data 360.
- Define and govern the unified customer model, identities, attributes, and audiences.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Data Engineering, and IT teams to integrate Customer 360 data sources.
- Drive adoption of segmentation and personalization capabilities with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Collections, and Marketplace teams.
- Ensure data governance, quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the CDP ecosystem.




- Manage the Data 360 roadmap with vendors, internal teams, and technology partners.
- Present executive updates, KPIs, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
- Evaluate emerging technologies related to CDP, Customer 360, AI, and personalization.
