ERP Systems Analyst – NetSuite

Location: Remote (Latin America)

About the Role A confidential U.S.-based company is looking for an ERP Systems Analyst with strong NetSuite expertise to help maintain and improve its enterprise applications. This role will focus on optimizing system performance, supporting business users, and implementing enhancements that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions while ensuring the platform remains reliable and effective.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the NetSuite platform.
- Configure workflows, SuiteScripts, custom forms, fields, and records.
- Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement system enhancements.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and saved searches to support business decisions.
- Troubleshoot advanced application issues and provide expert user support.
- Coordinate ERP integrations and maintain data accuracy across connected systems.
- Participate in platform upgrades, optimization projects, and process automation initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and system standards.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting or administering NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite configuration.




- Experience working with ERP systems that support finance and business operations.
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, integrations, and data management.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Avalara AvaTax, Stripe, or Ramp.
- Exposure to business intelligence, analytics, or reporting platforms.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
