Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at PlanChecker.AI, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the front-end and back-end of our platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into performant, secure, and maintainable code. Daily tasks include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing data flows, and ensuring consistent styling using modern web technologies.

You will participate in code reviews, contribute to testing and documentation, and help improve development tools and workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Qualifications





Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience owning features from design to deployment.

Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building and integrating APIs, managing data persistence, and ensuring performance and security.

Experience in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI implementation.

Solid understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including layout, theming, and reusable component styling.

Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and basic cloud or containerized deployment environments.

Ability to write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing practices.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort communicating technical concepts in English; Spanish language skills are beneficial. Must be able to speak English well
