Boeing Mexico Service Company is seeking a Senior Procurement Field Representative
The Senior Procurement Field Representative will support our Global Field Operations team in Central & East Mexico to mitigate delivery or quality issues impacting Boeing production. Reporting to the Integral Field Operations Manager, the role is located in Chihuahua, Mexico.

This position requires partnership with Leaders across the enterprise and an active member of the Supply Chain teams. It involves discovering new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. The role blends strategic thinking with on‑the‑ground execution, allowing the organization to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities

Participate in on‑site supplier assessments to identify supplier capability and support Boeing procurement strategy.

Evaluate overall supplier health and resources to determine viability.

Identify problems, develop recovery plans and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Identify improvement opportunities to enhance supplier capability.





Provide or recommend training and mentoring on business and manufacturing practices to improve supplier delivery performance.

Monitor activities to ensure suppliers produce conforming and compliant products on time.

Monitor emergent offload or overload suppliers and provide technical assistance to ensure delivery schedule compliance and product conformity.

Identify, establish and maintain priorities for deliveries of products, services and data.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.

5+ years of experience in problem solving, root cause analysis, and/or corrective action.

5+ years of experience in a role that required Industrial Engineering, Scheduling, Project and/or Program Management skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Must have a Bachelor Degree and proficiency in both verbal and written communications in English and Spanish.

Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally and have or be able to obtain a valid passport.

Must be legally able to work in Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)

8+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.





8+ years of experience in problem solving, root cause analysis, and/or corrective action.

Experience in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles.

Experience in Supplier Quality.

Experience working in Manufacturing Operations.

Other Information
Position is expected to be 100% onsite at Boeing, Supplier, or Customer facilities.
