The role is based in Mexico City – TecnoParque (hybrid). Be part of a collaborative, analytical and results-driven team, where you will contribute to financial operations and process improvement initiatives.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Support the monthly financial close process, including data collection, validation and journal entries

Prepare account reconciliations and follow up on open items

Assist in the preparation of local and global financial reports

Perform basic variance analysis for income statements and balance sheets

Upload and manage financial data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)

Support automation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives in R2R processes

Maintain accurate documentation of financial processes, controls and procedures

Collaborate with general teams across Finance, Audit, Procurement and Accounts Payable

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX controls and accounting standards

What Makes You the Right Fit

Active student in Accounting,



Finance or related fields

Intermediate English level (written and spoken communication)

Availability to work part-time (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters and formulas)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
