We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Recruiter to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across BB8 Freight, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our organizational values and growth objectives. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and talent management will be essential in building a diverse and high-performing workforce.

BB8 Freight is scaling and needs someone who can keep our trucks staffed with strong drivers and dispatch talent — fast. If you're energetic, hold yourself accountable without being told twice, and get fired up by hitting bonus targets, this is your seat.

BB8 Freight is a power-only carrier serving shippers across the U.S. and Mexico border lanes, part of the Eclipsyum family of companies. We move fast, we're growing our driver and staff pipeline steadily, and we back the people who deliver results.

Twelve months in, you'll have built a repeatable recruiting engine: a full pipeline of qualified drivers and staff, a fast and consistent screening process, and a track record of hires who stick. Trucking experience helps but isn't required — we'll train the industry knowledge. What we can't train is drive, follow-through, and people skills.

Duties

- Post and manage job ads across our hiring channels
- Call, text, and follow up with candidates until they're in the pipeline or out of it
- Pre-screen applicants against our hiring criteria
- Keep interviews, notes, and follow-ups organized and current




- Maintain a steady, qualified candidate pipeline — no dry spells

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication — you're comfortable on the phone and quick over text
- Self-starter — you get things done without someone checking in on you
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up and notes
- Motivated by performance bonuses, not just clocking hours

Preferred:

- Experienced in trucking, logistics, or high-volume recruiting

Pay & Schedule:

- Competitive Base Salary: MX$20,000 – MX$30,000/month to give you peace of mind.
- Strong Bonus Structure: Aggressive performance payouts designed to highly reward top producers.
- Paid twice per month
- Monday-Friday schedule (8am-5pm)
