Responsibilities

IT PM for QA & Release Tea

- ms- Run governance rituals: schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closur
- e. - Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams; monitor status and drive timely resolutio
- n. - Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and escalate blockers proactivel
- y. - Maintain and continuously improve process documentation (release processes, binary patch workflow, QA support intake) on Confluence/SharePoin
