Key responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in safety, health and the environment.

- Implement and promote a safety culture in accordance with corporate policies.

- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root cause and follow up on corrective actions.

- Coordinate training in safety and proper use of PPE.

- Detect risks and ensure preventive measures.

- Manage medical services and asset security.

- Attend inspections by authorities and process permits necessary for the operation of the plant.

- Provide safety, health and environmental inductions.

Candidate profile

- Environmental, industrial or similar engineering degree (preferred).

- 3 years minimum experience in EHS.

- Knowledge of STPS regulations, Social Security and applicable regulations.

- Management of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

- Intermediate/Advanced English (preferred).

- Leadership, organizational, communication and personnel management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
