Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with legal requirements in safety, health and the environment.

Implement and promote a safety culture in accordance with corporate policies.

Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root cause and follow up on corrective actions.

Coordinate training in safety and proper use of PPE.

Detect risks and ensure preventive measures.

Manage medical services and asset security.

Attend inspections by authorities and process permits necessary for the operation of the plant.

Provide safety, health and environmental inductions.

Candidate profile

Environmental, industrial or similar engineering degree (preferred).

3 years minimum experience in EHS.

Knowledge of STPS regulations, Social Security and applicable regulations.

Management of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Intermediate/Advanced English (preferred).

Leadership, organizational, communication and personnel management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
