Core Responsibilities

Perform technological renewal of mobile devices and computing equipment. Provide remote support and assist end users. Deliver customer service via phone. Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining organization and responsibility.

Requirements Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree, or high school diploma. Minimum of 1 year of experience. Basic knowledge of software/hardware for computing equipment and smartphones. Proficient in basic Excel.
