Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support market expansion across Mexico. This role is focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team. This is a high-performance, target-driven role suited for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable with cold outreach.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

Identify and engage decision-makers.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria.

Book meetings for the internal sales team.

Maintain accurate CRM tracking and activity logs.

Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets.

Requirements





Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).

Previous experience in SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or outbound sales.

Previous experience as a Spanish-speaking SDR.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Comfortable handling cold calls and objections.

Self-driven and performance-oriented.

Experience using tools such as LinkedIn or CRM is a plus.
