About Earthworm
Earthworm is a group of people who believes we can solve the big issues affecting people and nature today. We work in integral supply chains impacting millions of people and places around the world to make the products we buy. We work on the ground, in forests, fields and factories, helping companies, farmers and communities find practical solutions together. And we know that, ultimately, trust and positive changes comes from people getting to work together, hands in the soil. Your Role
As Landscape Manager, you will lead Earthworm Foundation's work in the Chiapas landscape, driving collaborative solutions that advance regenerative agriculture, ecosystem restoration, and responsible supply chains. Your main responsibilities will be:
Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of landscape initiatives and projects in Chiapas.
Build and strengthen partnerships with farmers, companies, government, NGOs, and funders to maximize impact.
Drive business development by identifying new partnerships and funding opportunities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets, and ensure high-quality implementation and reporting.
Promote landscape-wide collaboration by bringing together diverse stakeholders around shared sustainability goals.
Champion regenerative agriculture, ecosystem restoration, and resilient farming systems through innovative field programs.
Ensure alignment between local activities and Earthworm Foundation's national, regional, and global strategy.
Contribute to regional learning, knowledge sharing, and the continuous improvement of Earthworm Foundation's landscape approach. Your Profile
You're a strategic and collaborative leader who enjoys turning ambitious ideas into meaningful action. You thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, building trusted relationships with communities, companies, government,
and partners to create lasting impact. You combine big-picture thinking with a hands-on approach, confidently leading multidisciplinary teams, managing priorities, and delivering high-quality results.
You're an excellent communicator and facilitator, able to bring people together around shared goals while navigating diverse perspectives. You're proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working closely with people from different cultures and disciplines, embrace innovation, and stay focused on delivering practical, on-the-ground solutions.
