About the Role We're looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Assistant to support both the operational and creative side of a growing digital marketing agency. You'll help keep projects organized, coordinate social media content, and assist with graphics and short-form videos while working closely with a collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a creative agency environment.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in marketing operations, social media, administrative support, or a similar role.




Basic experience scheduling and publishing social media content.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written English and clear communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable following established processes (SOPs).
Nice to Have Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot).
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Creative eye for social media content and branding.
Experience creating or editing short-form video content.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
