Job Description Job Title Salesforce Developer Job Profile Summary The Salesforce Developer II is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce solutions that enable business processes across commercial and customer engagement functions. The role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices. About the Role The Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer II contributes to the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud solutions and integrations. This role demonstrates hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and configuration, participates in technical design discussions, and delivers high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise standards. How You Will Contribute Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, and platform automation. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and user stories. Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms. Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions. Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, data mappings, and deployment artifacts. Perform code reviews and promote Salesforce development best practices. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities using approved Dev Ops tooling. Collaborate with QA,



Product Managers, Architects, Administrators, and business stakeholders during the full software lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring platform stability and performance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform modernization efforts. Mentor junior developers and actively share Salesforce best practices within the engineering community. Skills & Qualifications Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and data model. Hands-on experience with Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flow Salesforce Security & Sharing Model Custom Objects and Metadata Configuration APIs and Integrations. Understanding of Salesforce platform limits and performance optimization techniques. Experience working within Agile delivery teams. Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment processes. Working knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise application architecture. Understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and testing methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. Experience with Mule Soft or enterprise integration platforms.



Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops Center and/ or Copado. Knowledge of pharmaceutical or regulated industry environments. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Administrator Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud. Exposure to Agentforce capabilities and AI-driven customer engagement solutions. Desired Certifications (Advantage) Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Developer II Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Work Experience 3–4+ years of software development experience. 2–3+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience. Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
