We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Microsoft 365 Generalist to support both day-to-day and project-based Microsoft 365 initiatives across SharePoint, Teams, and related M365 services. This role works directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs, help shape practical solutions, and implement them end-to-end. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning requests from intake through delivery and thrives in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities





- Serve as the primary point of contact for general and specialized Microsoft 365 requests
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend effective, scalable solutions
- Design, configure, and implement solutions across:
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Lists, Forms, and related M365 services

- Perform configuration, customization, and light development as required
- Support integrations and enhancements tied to collaboration and workflow automation
- Own work from initial request through implementation and handoff
- Operate independently once familiar with the client environment and standards

Maintain documentation, best practices, and solution guidelines

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
- Proven ability to manage work end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery
- Experience working in managed services, consulting, or advisory-style environments
- Ability to handle multiple requests and competing priorities effectivelyStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms and governance models
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Understanding of security, compliance, and access control in Microsoft 365
- Prior experience working with general or distributed teams
