What Qualifications You Should Have

- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or defense industry
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent) is considered an advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in managing cross‑functional and international projects
- Good understanding of project planning tools and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
- Independent and self‑reliant way of working
- Willingness to business travel
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
