Your Responsibility

- Ensure that all software has the correct functionalities, tested and documented
- Computer meets the security guidelines of KION IT
- Analyse and monitor constantly whether all the software are legal and supported, be up to date on new legal requirements and upgrades / updates and ensure implementation.
- Monitor and process incoming Incidents and Service Requests
- Monitor Access Rights

Your Skills and Expertise

- At least 2 years of experience in the field of software control and distribution
- Knowledge of and experience in PowerShell, Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure Active Directory, Intune, MS AVD, MS SCCM
- Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) certificate would be beneficial
- Fluent English, written and spoken (German is a plus)
