We are looking for a Service Engineer Sr. to provide specialized technical support in installation, maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and calibration of equipment at customer sites across Mexico and Central America.

Main Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
- On-site diagnostics, repair, and calibration.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
- Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams.
- Perform in-house equipment repairs.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up in CRM systems.
- Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Requirements:

- Degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field.




- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or installation of industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of control systems, measurement, inspection, analysis equipment, CNC, and automation.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and fieldbus systems.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience using manual tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid visa and passport.

Work Modality & Location:

Hybrid role.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
