We are looking for a Materials Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling in-process material inventory, ensuring timely material supply to production lines, and supporting continuous improvement in material flow processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and inventory accuracy

Main Responsibilities

- Maintain, control, and report the status of in-process material inventory.
- Generate and execute action plans to achieve and maintain target inventory levels in manufacturing areas.
- Propose and implement improvements to material flow processes.
- Receive and verify production materials.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards and policies.




- Escalate issues to management and ensure timely follow-up.
- Supply materials to production lines based on material tickets and production requirements.

Experience & Skills
- High School Diploma.
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic to Intermediate level of English.
- Previous experience in inventory management, cycle counts, and discrepancy analysis using root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.
- Preferred: Experience operating forklifts.
- Versátil schedule availability.
