Job Requirements

- Developing and implementing advanced quality control and inspection techniques across manufacturing processes.
- Conducting detailed quality inspections, tests, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance and robustness.
- Documenting, analyzing, and reporting quality and inspection results to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex quality issues and systemic defects.
- Providing technical training, inspection guidance, and mentorship to junior technicians and quality staff.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
