Your Key Responsibilities

- Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Request for Service) related to the CREO, Windchill, and PLM module in SAP.
- Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process:
- Understand & document business requirements o Develop functional specifications from business requirements
- Develop, document, implement and present new solutions
- Coordinate the end-to-end testing
- Create training documents

- Rollout new versions of the existing tools/processes in the region along with the Integral team
- Participate in PLM module rollout of S4 HANA
- Provide Project Support
- Provide Training to key users

Your Qualifications

- Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Software Engineering
- 3 to 5 years
