Sales Representative – US Recruiter
Location: On-site in Guadalajara (Av. Américas 1250, Col. San Miguel de la Colina, Zapopan)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic call center agents to join an exciting new project, working as recruiters for top US companies. Your mission will be to connect with interested candidates, explore their motivations, identify pain points, and sell them the opportunity to join great employers across the United States.

This is not a scripted sales role — you’ll need to think fast, ask smart questions, and adapt your pitch to every conversation.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls to candidates in the hiring pipeline and follow up on their selection process.




- Engage in natural, off-script conversations to uncover needs and motivations.
- Highlight the benefits and opportunities of working with specific US employers.
- Motivate and guide candidates through the recruitment process to ensure successful placements.

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent English speaker with excellent conversational and persuasion skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with empathy and adaptability in off-script environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Receptive to feedback and eager to learn through client-led training sessions.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (45-hour workweek, two days off).
