Role at a Glance

The IT Support Intern provides operational support for day‑to‑day IT activities, ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees while enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives and automation. This role offers hands‑on experience in end‑user support, asset management, and service operations within a modern IT organization.

Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for day‑to‑day IT activities.
- Handle end‑user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Assist with account administration and asset management tasks.




- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures.
- Support service operations and contribute to workflow standardization and optimization.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT support, automation, and technology.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
