responsibilities

- own deep expertise in teamviewer’s it and dex portfolio
- deliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs
- communicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences
- lead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives
- design and present customized solutions leveraging teamviewer capabilities
- develop proposals, sows, and technical documentation
- lead pov/poc and pilot engagements, providing hands‑on guidance
- analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations
- partner with sales throughout the sales cycle, including rfx responses
- collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and customer success
- stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation

requirements





- bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise it consulting
- strong understanding of enterprise it environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, dex)
- experience with saas tools (rmm, itsm, asset management, observability)
- hands‑on experience with apis, scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security
- proven ability to engage c‑level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
- strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- willingness to travel up to 30%
