- working knowledge and at least 6 years direct experience with salesforce crm
- basic experience with salesforce apex, sfdc lightning development using visual force pages, components, web services.
- expertise in administrative tasks like maintaining user roles and security, page layouts, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks and events
- understanding of data structures and understanding of data migration
- excellent writing and verbal communication skills in spanish and english.
