Role Description This is a full-time role for a highly organized and detail-oriented associate to join our international operations team in Monterrey MX. This role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment and optimizing international logistics operations, managing supplier orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the complete cycle of the order process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics and solutions driven environment, is proactive in problem solving, and can effectively manage multiple tasks across international vendors.

Requirements (applications without these will NOT be considered) Must currently live in Monterrey, Nuevo León or surrounding area
4 – 5 years of experience in international purchasing, order fulfillment, logistics or supply chain operations.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, logistics engineer or related field.
Ability to work primarily in-office in Monterrey.
Office location area: Cumbres Elite Monterrey. ⚠️ Important:
This position does not offer relocation support.
Candidates who are not currently living already in Monterrey will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities: International Order Management
Verify and manage purchase orders with global suppliers
Monitor overseas production schedules and timelines
Ensure timely production, shipment sailing schedules, and delivery to multiple USA destinations
Perform ownership of assigned accounts Logistics Coordination
Coordinate shipments between international factories and customers in Mexico, United States and Canada
Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
Monitor shipments and resolve logistics issues proactively Customer Service & Communication
Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and shipments
Respond quickly to customer inquiries
Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving Freight Management
Negotiate freight costs with forwarders and carriers
Identify alternative logistics routes and cost-saving opportunities
Track freight expenses and maintain logistics performance metrics Administrative & Operational Support
Data entry and logistics documentation
Invoice review and approvals
Support basic financial tracking under supervision of the Logistics Manager
Maintain organized logistics records and reporting Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred, not mandatory)
Management of international suppliers and freight forwarders
Career focus in international purchasing, logistics or global supply chain operations
Strong Analytical Skills focusing to optimize logistics.
Effective Customer Service skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management (a plus)
Proficiency in relevant software tools for logistics and supply chain processes
Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus
