Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Metepec, MEX. The Owner oversees overall business operations, sets strategic direction, and ensures that HVAC and engineering projects meet quality, safety, and energy-efficiency standards. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, approving project proposals and budgets, supervising key technical and administrative teams, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.

The role also involves reviewing financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The Owner represents MI SERVICE GROUP in negotiations, partnerships, and industry events, promoting the company’s reputation and long-term success.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to guide multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams.

Experience in HVAC systems, mechanical or industrial engineering,



and familiarity with energy-efficiency principles and standards.

Business management skills, including budgeting, financial oversight, strategic planning, and contract negotiation.

Client relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Project management abilities, including planning, risk assessment, quality control, and on-time delivery of turnkey projects.

Knowledge of applicable local and international regulations, safety standards, and best practices in engineering and construction.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in HVAC or project management are a plus.

Proficiency in Spanish and working knowledge of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
