411 Locals is hiring a Performance Creative Lead to manage our remote creative team and scale high-volume paid media operations serving 500+ home service SMBs across the U.S. If you excel in performance marketing , direct-response creative strategy , and connecting Meta Ads performance data to high-converting creative, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities in Creative Strategy:

- Creative Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and manage a remote team of ~5 Creative Strategists and AI Creative Producers to maintain high output quality and hit strict deadlines.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate Meta Ads campaign data to answer why specific hooks convert, identifying winning creative patterns to lower overall CPL.
- Creative Testing & Strategy: Build and execute creative testing roadmaps (ad hooks, messaging angles, video concepts, offers) designed for local business lead generation .
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists and Campaign Managers to align creative production with overall media buying goals.





Core Performance Metrics & Systems:

- Key Performance Metrics: CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, Creative Fatigue.
- Platforms & Tools: Meta Ads Manager, AI-Powered Creative Workflows, Direct-Response Video & Static Ad Production.

Minimum Requirements:

- 6+ years experience in performance marketing , creative strategy , paid social, or direct-response advertising.
- 4+ years experience leading or managing creative, marketing, or performance teams.
- Deep expertise analyzing Meta Ads performance metrics and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
- Proven experience leading remote creative teams and high-volume testing environments.
