Experience in Process Excellence, Quality, Continuous Improvement, PMO, or IT Service Management.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and change management skills.
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, or similar frameworks.
Advanced English communication skills.
Ability to influence teams and drive organizational adoption of best practices. Responsibilities:
