Pesquería
Monitors compliance with production processes, recommends process changes to achieve greater efficiency and determines personnel requirements, keeps critical plant processes and/or operations within tolerances; maintains process PPMs and scrap of production lines within established goals. Responsabilities:
- Assures the proper production, fit and alignment of components and finished fixtures and product to conform to customer specifications; validates that product meets tolerances and quality standards.
- Develop routings.
- Determine action plans to correct discrepancies, analyze problems, and make decisions.
- Train operators on new equipment and machinery.
- Implement error-proofing systems in all applicable operations.
- Develop, control, maintain, and distribute documents related to the engineering department (master drawing lists, specifications, pipe lengths, etc.).
- Interpret, apply, and implement customer specifications.
- Develop evidence manuals.
- Prove out new machinery and tools and complete approval certificates.
- Control and disposal of obsolete engineering documents in accordance with IATF 16949
- Create and implement process flow diagrams (PFDs), work instructions, and FMEAs to ensure the manufacturing output.
- Lead 5S initiatives, including visual aids, labeling and standardization.
- Perform LPA audits.
- Participate in the investigation of incidents, work accidents and severe significant environmental impacts if involved
- Support daily production by troubleshooting defects and downtime related to maintenance issues. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in automotive industry at least 3 years,
English Advanced,
IATF, FMEA.
