About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The LATAM PD Partner Manager leads the growth, operation,

and quality assurance of our Professional Development (PD) Partner network within their assigned territory. You will combine strategic ecosystem management—including regional recruitment and partner enablement—with a focus on instructional coaching. As the key differentiator of this position, you won't just oversee the partner network in your region; you will embed yourself as a strategic coach to elevate their training skills, ensuring our high standards of professional development are scaled effectively across the region.

Responsibilities

- Recruit training partners and independent facilitators, serving as the primary regional point of contact while leading consistent communications and monthly engagement meetings.
- Manage regional events alongside internal marketing teams and collaborate with specific partners on strategic projects to ensure delivery aligns with holistic business goals.
- Support partner onboarding, host ongoing upskilling workshops, and provide direct instructional coaching by observing training delivery to offer valuable constructive feedback and ensure high standards.
- Create essential comprehensive training guides and curate accessible, regionally aligned materials to address any gaps in existing content coverage for all our partners.
- Integrate partners into internal go-to-market strategies, provide cross-functional consultation on funding programs, and track regional performance metrics for internal newsletters and comprehensive business reviews.
