Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience.

- Strong experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

- Proven experience in risk and issue management.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead infrastructure programs and projects from initiation through completion.

- Manage program interdependencies across multiple infrastructure initiatives.

- Coordinate activities among technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

- Develop program plans, schedules,



governance structures, and status reporting.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.

- Ensure infrastructure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, and budget expectations.

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive updates.

- Monitor resource allocation and project progress.

- Drive adherence to project management standards and governance practices.

- Support infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives.
