Your Role And Responsibilities

The Process Delivery Specialist performs multi-step processes and more complex transactional activities within Record to Report (R2R). This role involves prioritizing tasks, selecting methods,



and ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
The Process Delivery Specialist begins to apply judgment, manage workloads, and support improvements in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end R2R activities with focus on Fixed Assets
- Execute asset accounting transactions
- Prepare and review reconciliations and reports
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Identify and resolve routine issues independently
- Prioritize workload and meet deadlines across multiple tasks
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support process documentation updates and improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Working knowledge of Record to Report processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and timeliness

Technical Skills

- Solid understanding of R2R processes
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic analysis)

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Financial Systems and Tools: Exposure to financial systems and tools, including ERP systems and financial software, to support financial record-keeping and reporting.
