About the Role

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Regional Supervisor to support and enhance the performance of our dealer network across the region. This role is responsible for driving service excellence, improving customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and supporting dealerships in achieving operational and commercial targets. The adecuado candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and the dealer network, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and operational support to continuously improve after-sales results.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and improve after-sales performance across assigned dealerships through KPI tracking and analysis.
- Support dealers in achieving customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Ensure compliance with brand service processes, policies, and operational standards.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase parts and labor sales.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, performance reviews, and operational assessments.
- Support warranty administration, technical campaigns, and service improvement activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and dealer teams to drive operational excellence.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to service managers, service advisors, and dealer personnel.

Qualifications

Education





- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.

Experience

- Minimum 6 years of experience in After Sales, Service Operations, Dealer Network Management, or a related role within the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience working with dealerships and OEM service standards.

Technical Knowledge

- Automotive mechanical fundamentals.
- Dealership workshop and service operations.
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) management.
- Warranty policies, claim processes, and repair procedures.
- Parts operations and supply chain coordination.
- Service campaigns and technical bulletins.
- Dealer performance management and after-sales KPIs.

Language

- Advanced English.
