Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall operation of anindustrial logistics terminal.
- Ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive profitability through effective management of operational andfinancial KPIs.
- Manage terminal performance, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead multidisciplinary operational teams, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Oversee warehousing, transportation, inventory control, material handling, and distribution activities.
- Manage operational budgets, costs, and business performance.
- Develop and implement operational improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with commercial, engineering, maintenance, and corporate teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of8 years of leadership experiencein logistics, industrial operations, transportation, terminal management, or supply chain.
- Proven experience managing large operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and financial indicators.
- Experience managing operational budgets and business performance(P&L; preferred).
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Advanced conversational English.
